At Elle Sera, we are always transparent about how our supplements work and the importance of consistency and commitment when taking them.

Because of this, our subscription includes a minimum commitment before cancellation is available. This ensures customers give the supplements a fair opportunity to begin working before deciding whether they are right for them.

Many of our customers begin noticing changes during their third month of use, which is why we encourage completing the full 90-day consistency window whenever possible. In fact, a number of our Trustpilot reviews come from customers who shared that they stopped earlier and later wished they had continued once they realised the difference the supplements had been making.

After the two month minimum period has been completed, you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel, simply email our team at subscriptions@elle-sera.com *at least 72 hours* before your next renewal date so we can prevent your next order from processing.
