  • How many capsules should I take daily?

    Take two capsules daily for best results. The Golden Pill has been specially formulated with the average adult woman’s recommended daily intake in mind.

  • Is consistency important?

    Yes. As with any supplement, if you find yourself skipping the odd day here and there, or even taking a month off, you won’t give the blended botanicals a proper chance to boost your health and bring you back to balance. It’s why we recommend taking The Golden Pill for at least 12 weeks to feel the difference.

  • What time of day should I take The Golden Pill?

    We recommend taking your capsules on a morning to take advantage of The Golden Pill’s energy-boosting properties throughout the day. Whether you take it with or without food is your choice.

  • Can I take The Golden Pill with medication?

    As with any supplement, you should seek advice from your doctor if you’re taking prescribed medication.

  • Can I take The Golden Pill with other supplements?

    Yes. You can take The Golden Pill with other vitamins and supplements in moderation. When stacking products, it’s important to track your intake so you don’t get too much of a nutrient.

  • Is The Golden Pill safe for breastfeeding or pregnant women?

    While The Golden Pill can help with fertility, it is not formulated for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Pregnant women and babies have specific nutritional needs during this time, so it’s important to seek professional advice. Please consult with your doctor before taking any form of supplement.

  • Is The Golden Pill vegan?

    Yes. The Golden Pill is suitable for vegans. It’s free from dairy and gluten, and we never test on animals. Each quality ingredient is non-GMO, meaning it contains all the good stuff, with no mixing agents, synthetics, allergens, or other nasties.

  • My starter kit is almost finished, how do I start my monthly subscription?

    Subscribing to monthly top-ups of The Golden Pill is easy. Simply head to our shop page, and instead of 90-day Starter Kit, select Monthly Subscription.

  • How can I make a change to my subscription?

    New address? Need to update your card details? Postal delays in the area and need to bring forward your subscription? You can do this all on your Elle Sera account and if you need additional assistance contact us on customer@elle-sera.com

     

    We’re confident that you’ll love the benefits of The Golden Pill. But if you decide it’s not for you, you can cancel your subscription any time after two months. Simply log into your account to do this.

  • Is there a minimum number of shipments?

    Yes. We require that subscribers are sent two shipments before they can cancel the subscription. This prevents any abuse of the subscription system, and allows us to continue to offer great discounts to our subscribers.

  • How much does a monthly subscription cost?

    For as little as £1.67 per day, The Golden Pill helps you maintain your spark with five nutrients your body needs, and nothing it doesn’t.

Shipping

  • What courier partner do you use?

    Our UK orders are shipped with the service provider reporting the best shipping efficiency on that day. For the most part this will be Royal Mail or Evri. In some cases we will need to use UPS or DHL depending on the destination address. Your tracking number and service provider will be noted on your order email confirmation.

  • How do I change my delivery address?

    Simply log into your account to change any information, like delivery address or billing information.

  • How much is delivery?

    All UK orders benefit from FREE UK SHIPPING. International shipping costs vary should you need further information regarding this contact a member of our team on customer@elle-sera.com

  • How long does shipping take?

    We ship our products as fast as possible, directly from the UK. We ship Monday-Friday. Orders are shipped 48hr Tracked. For standard UK shipping, please allow 3-5 working days. International orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail and dispatched daily from Monday to Friday. For orders placed after midday GMT between Friday and Sunday, these will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Where is my order?

    We ship our products Monday-Friday 48Hr tracked service. Your tracking details will be sent within your order confirmation email, this allows you to track your order in real time. To raise a concern regarding a late order please email customer@elle-sera.com (We can only investigate delayed orders after 5 working days)

  • What payment options do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your returns policy?

    - Please notify us of the return at customer@elle-sera.com

    - Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

    - Items must be unopened.

    - Items must be in their original packaging.

    - Insert your name and order number alongside the product


    Items must be returned using a fully tracked service, you must obtain proof of postage. 
    We can only refund items once they are returned to us
