Maca Root 10:1 (Lepidium meyenii)

Grown high in the rugged altitudes of the Peruvian Andes, maca has been a staple of traditional South American diets for generations. Revered for its adaptability and nutritional profile, this root is often referred to as “Peruvian ginseng”.

We use a 10:1 extract, meaning ten parts of raw maca are concentrated into one part of active extract — allowing us to deliver a meaningful dose in every capsule, without excess bulk.

Maca’s presence in our formula reflects a thoughtful nod to time-honoured botanical traditions and a respect for the rituals that continue to shape modern supplementation.

Ginkgo Leaf (Ginkgo biloba)

One of the world’s oldest living tree species, ginkgo has remained virtually unchanged for over 200 million years — earning it the title of “living fossil.” Native to China, its distinctive fan-shaped leaves and quiet resilience have made it a longstanding symbol in traditional cultures.

For centuries, Ginkgo has played a meaningful role in herbal rituals and botanical traditions, particularly in Asia. Women turn to this revered plant as part of their daily rituals. We include it in our formula as a nod to that enduring wisdom.

Siberian Ginseng

Often referred to as Eleuthero, Siberian ginseng is a woody shrub native to regions of Russia and Northeast Asia. Despite its name, it’s botanically distinct from other ginsengs but has been used in traditional herbal practices for centuries.

We use a carefully sourced extract of Siberian ginseng, selected for its place in time-honoured herbal traditions. Its legacy of use and reputation have earned it a spot in our Golden Pill™ formula.

Tribulus Terrestris Extract 35:1

Tribulus Terrestris is an often-overlooked herbal ingredient with a long history of traditional use across Europe, Asia, and Ayurvedic practices and it’s quietly gathering pace in popularity today.

Our Tribulus is sourced from the fruiting parts of the plant, at a 35:1 extract level, meaning 35 parts of the raw plant are distilled into just one part of active extract.

Tribulus has long featured in ancient botanical formulations and continues to be recognised in traditional herbal traditions today. We include it as a respectful nod to those time-tested practices and the evolving rituals of plant-based routines.

Beetroot

We chose beetroot for a reason and not just because of its rich colour.

Used in traditional food and herbal practices for generations, this vibrant root has long been a feature of plant-led routines across cultures. Our formula includes 30mg of beetroot extract per capsule, carefully selected as part of our commitment to thoughtful, well-sourced ingredients.
