Ingredients
Phospholipids (from Sunflowers)
Naturally derived from sunflowers, phospholipids are included as part of our liposomal delivery system, a thoughtful detail in advanced supplement formulation.
Magnesium Bisglycinate (300mg) This highly bioavailable form of magnesium is here to support muscle function, the nervous system, and reduce tiredness and fatigue. This is a well-tolerated form of magnesium and can be used daily.
Vitamin B6 (as P5P – 1.3mg)

Dosage
